Here for our second Tuesday's "They Get It," dedicated to those men and women who ALWAYS look good, we choose the ravishing Rene Russo - a woman who never disappoints us.  She always looks like a million bucks - make that ten million - in every scenario a camera captures her in.

No doubt her early days as a top fashion model helped form her great sense of style.  This is a woman who knows clothes - she knows what looks good on her - what flatters her.  And she wears the clothes - not the other way around.

Another reason we selected Rene (and we think it's a key to her style aplomb) her attire is always age appropriate - no attempting the wardrobe of a twenty year old for this lady.  This is a fact we appreciate enormously.  It's glorious that this woman of Hollywood, a place so notoriously hard on women as they age; seems to not just accept her age, but enthusiastically embraces it. In fact, she appears to revel in it!  And why not?  She's got it all: gorgeous face, beautiful figure, and the wisdom that comes with maturity.  May we all be so blessed!

Really, did anyone ever doubt for a second that "Thomas Crown" would be interested in the "blond child," vs. the exquisite, sophisticated, and oh so sexy "Catherine Banning?"  Not in this lifetime!

Now we're not going to jump into the quagmire here about men of a certain age and their seeming predilection for much younger women - that's another topic for a different forum.  But we've got to say - any man who would go for
ANY twenty something over Rene - FOOL.  (oops - and we said we weren't going to get into that)
