On this Free For All Friday (and the beginning of Labor Day weekend,) we're feeling a little blue, a little out of sorts.  Hm... perhaps we're just tired of seeing flip flops and shorts. 

So time to turn to the icon of all style icons, the great Chanel, for a little inspiration.


             







Ah, the pearl necklaces, the handsome jacket nipped at the waist, the "chic forever" black - OK, we can do without the cigarette but hey, she was a product of her time: everyone smoked - and she was Parisian!  So we'll make an exception.

Yes, we're feeling better already!
