Dining Room Drama
This dining room located in Orlando, Florida is a bit different from the rooms I've been highlighting: more formal in tone, more traditional - but not fusty! (I'm not sure if fusty is a word or not, but it's my combination of fussy and musty - never a good thing!)

Accented by a drop-dead gorgeous chandelier, the mood is lightened both literally and figuratively with the pale shades of upholstery, wall covering, window treatments and tile. And the bold contrast of the dark, rich mahogany and walnut dining table is a dramatic counterpoint to the lightness.
The absence of a traditional area rug, and minimal accessorizing, give the room a fresh feel and look.
