Time For an Interior Designer?

The economy's a mess - the stock market's a joke (and a bad one at that) - and no one's in the mood to carelessly spend their money.

So  today's selection  for our Style Source Fave, might seem counter intuitive.   A book about working with interior designers?  What?  That's just more money flying out the door!

But here's the deal: with more people staying at home, it's more important than ever that your home be your sanctuary.  A number of years ago, we started hearing the term "nesting."  Well, now more than ever, folks are staying close to home, and spending more time in their home.  And if that home doesn't nourish you - give you comfort, peace, warmth - then what's the point?

And here's where an interior designer comes in.  They can give you a plan to achieve your goals for your home.  So instead of spending money trying this, and then spending more trying that; they will save you money in the long run by guiding you down the best path.

Our book today is by Judy Sheridan: How To Work With An Interior Designer.  She covers all the aspects of working with a professional designer, including how to find the right one for you, and the all important money/budget  issues.
