Here we are, already the middle of the week, and time for Home Decor Thoughts.

But today, there will be no photos of a beautiful room in some beautiful house.

No, today we have a video, from Vogue Fashion TV, of Coco Chanel's Paris apartment.  If you're a Chanel fan, this video is thoroughly intriguing.  And if you wouldn't know Chanel from LL Bean (not that there's anything wrong with that! ) it's still interesting to see how the grande dame of French fashion lived.

This tour took place to coincide with the relaunch of the Chanel Paris flagship boutique at 18 Place Vendome.  Vogue TV was one of the first cameras allowed in the apartment, and Vogue's jewelry editor, Carol Woolton, hosts the video.  (And be sure to catch the end: some stunning Chanel diamond jewelry is shown.)

According to the narration, the apartment has been left just as it was in 1971, at the time of Coco Chanel's death.  Enjoy.
