I caught just a minute of The Today Show yesterday morning, and there was Jane Fonda - looking as sophisticated and elegant as ever.  And then I realized, she hasn't been one of our picks for our Tuesday They Get It segment.  What an oversight!

Here's a woman that is an Academy Award winning actress, activist/philanthropist, writer and former best-selling fitness guru - and through it all, the one thing that has been a constant: she has always looked great!

And now, at 72 years young (man, all that going for the burn has paid off) she is still a babe!  Yes, a tres chic, mature one - but still a glamorous, sexy woman  that can hold her own in a town that worships the babies.

exudes the elegance and glamour (not to mention sex appeal) of Hollywood at its best.

Note the clothes: the low-cut necklines, the sleeveless dresses - yet, everything looks age appropriate on her.  She doesn't look like she's trying to appear younger, or be anything other than who she is.

If anyone exemplifies the notion that you can still be gorgeous and sexy as you age,  it is Jane Fonda.
