Not much needs to be written about this actress: articulate, beautiful, classy - and so very well dressed at all times. 

Whether she's out and about with jeans and sweaters, or all glammed out for the Red Carpet, she never fails to attracts the cameras.  And while occasionally  she takes hits for her designer duds (too extreme - too much runway fashion) we think she always pulls it off. 

So for this Tuesday's They Get It - we give you Nicole Kidman.

One thing we will say (though this has nothing to do with her fashionable attire) we miss the red hair - and some of the curls.

Oh, we understand: women like to change their color, and their hairstyles.

Lord knows, we all certainly have!

But regardless, we'd love to see a hint of red back.
