It's Tuesday - time for our They Get It segment - and today's pick is blessed with an overabundance of the style gene.

In fact, we felt a little funny just profiling him; because in reality his entire family could be the subject of this segment: beautiful and beautifully dressed wife, gorgeous and well dressed children.  It's definitely style overload!

And of course, we're talking about the ever cool, ever stylish, and always interesting - Will Smith.

At 41, he's been in the spotlight now for many years.  And in all that time, we've never seen him where he didn't look good - no, terrific.  We don't know if someone taught him how to dress, or if it's innate good taste along with a great eye and natural ability thrown in; but this we do know: he's always one of the sharpest men in the room.

Whether formally attired for the Red Carpet or keeping it casual, he has a look that we wish more  would emulate.
